The Office Services Team are looking to appoint a Full Time Office Assistant in the Bristol Office
You will provide administrative support to the Bristol offices.
The main duties of this role will be:
Dealing with post and stationery, including order and replenishment of stocks;
- Preparing meeting rooms and lunches;
- Office facilities upkeep;
- Photocopying and scanning;
- Making deliveries;
- Other administrative duties as required.
You should have previous office/administrative experience and ability to multi task. Strong communication skills are required for this role as you will be dealing with clients and suppliers both face to face and over the phone.
Our standard minimum requirements of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (to include Maths and English) apply.
